The ActivityManager desktop app: hold a key, say what you sold, and the invoice lands on Discord by itself. No Alt-Tab, no commands to type while you are behind the counter.
«Create an invoice of 5000 for a full menu» → the assistant reads the summary back, you say "confirm", and the invoice is recorded.
/activityvoice command gives them the download link.
Four steps, once. After the calibration everything stays ready.
Install the app and sign in with your Discord account: no new password to invent, it is the same sign-in as the dashboard.
Choose the server and the channel where the invoices should land. You can change them whenever you like.
A short wizard measures the background noise, sets the key, and has you read a few test phrases so it learns your product names.
The key works in-game too, with the window tucked in the tray. Release, confirm, done.
Ordinary sentences, not commands. If something is missing it asks you.
Built for people working with their hands full and the game in the foreground.
Push-to-talk works everywhere, even in a full-screen game: the key is watched, not taken away from the app in the foreground.
No continuous listening: the microphone turns on only while you hold the key and off as soon as you let go. The Windows indicator stays dark.
The assistant reads the summary back in a natural voice and waits for a "confirm". You can cut in by talking over it.
Your menu and category names go into the recogniser: if it gets a word wrong, the correction is remembered.
The window shows the invoices just recorded, with undo and repeat one click away.
Minimise the window and it sits next to the clock, ready for the next command without taking up the taskbar.
The audio is sent to the server only to be transcribed and is not kept: no stored recordings, no background listening. The transcription survives only inside the invoice you confirmed.
On first launch the app shows the full notice and asks for explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Settings. Read the privacy policy
